Chelsea are poised to bring in 24-year-old Brazilian striker Taison to bolster their attack as misfiring striker Fernando Torres continues to falter. Taison, who plays as an attacking midfielder for Ukrainian side Metalist Kharkiv, was invited to Stamford Bridge to watch the tepid 0-0 draw with Fulham and to thrash out a deal which would see the player join the club for around £10m in January. It is also rumoured that he has received a work permit to play in England.

2) Baines to Chelsea :

Chelsea have joined Manchester United and Paris St-Germain as the leading clubs who are considering a move for the Everton and England left-back Leighton Baines, who is valued at around £15m by his club. Nothing really groundbreaking has happened in this rumour, but Chelsea are reported to be looking at replacements for Ashley Cole – Baines being a major contender.

3) Willian to Chelsea :

The Blues boss has identified 22-year-old Shakhtar star as one of his next big-money targets. Chelsea have been quietly keeping tabs on Willian since he helped the Ukranian side win the 2009 UEFA Cup and they are now set to step up their interest after watching him star during Shakhtar’s run to the Champions League quarter-finals. Former Barca boss Pep Guardiola (who is linked to Chelsea) has also placed Willian at the top of his wishlist. Plus, Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich and Michael Emenalo are said to be impressed with Willian’s performances against Chelsea in the Champions League.

Beşiktaş are interested in the possibility of a loan move for Chelsea striker Lucas Piazón. The Black Eagles are facing a striker shortage following the injury of Mustafa Pektemek and Batuhan Karadeniz struggling for match fitness. Hugo Almeida has excelled this season however, the Istanbul giants lack a viable alternative. The club is estimated to be in debt to tune €80-€100 million, a problem chairman Fikret Orman has made his priority to resolve. The Black Eagles have been forced to change their transfer policy which has suffered from years of mismanagement and over spending.Beşiktaş have been attracting young talents recently with the promise of first team football. Piazon joined Chelsea from Sao Paulo for €7.5 million during the summer transfer window. The 18-year-old Brazilian striker has played once in the Premier League this season.

What do you think? Should Chelsea allow Marin and Piazon to go out on loan? Should Lampard be resigned or let to leave the club in the summer? Should we sign Baines, Willian or Taison? Let us know in the comments!
