Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho promised to give youth a chance at first team last season and it seems the club is towing this direction with scouts in the Netherlands to notch up a deal for Vitesse Arnhem striker Thomas Buitink.
Currently watch by top Premier League teams, 15-Year old Buitink who is causing waves in the Eredivisie could be on his move to the London Club in the near future.
