Reports from Stamford Bridge confirmed that the Blues have officially announce the signing of Spain international Pedro Rodriguez on a four year deal.
This was made known by Chelsea officially website that the 28-year-old star had signed a four-year contract following his switch from Barcelona. However he was spotted at the Blues training ground this morning in company of his Spanish counterpart Cesc Fabregaas.
The Spaniard help his former side Barcelona to claim the prestigious UEFA Champions League last season and would be expected to bring in fresh bite into the Chelsea current squad. Pedro scored a total of 58 goals in 204 appearances for the Catalans.
The Spain international was thought to be heading to Old Trafford after agreeing a personal term with them before the deal was hijacked by the Blues.
Pedro will now be expected to join his new team-mates ahead of their trip down to West Bromwich Albion this weekend for their EPL clash.
With this new addition, we will be expecting the Portuguese tactician to ship out some of his old boys such as Cuadrado, Moses or Ramires in order to have a balanced squad.
