As the transfer window draws closer, rumours linking players to various clubs have started and latest of such is that linking Serie A side Bologna midfielder Amadou Diawara to Stamford Bridge.
Report according to the Metro claims that the Stamford Bridge outfit have reached an agreement to signing the highly rated 18-year old star in January transfer window.
It is reported that the Guinea born star representative Robert Visan has reached an agreement with Pini Zahavi, a renowned agent close to Chelsea’s owner Roman Abramovich for a potential move to Chelsea in January.
Chelsea midfielders performance have been below par this season except for Willian, who has been outstanding and currently the highest goal scorer for the Blues.
Jose Mourinho is currently pressure to turn Chelsea’s season around, is also set to axed out some under-performing players, with latest report suggesting that Brazilian midfielder Oscar could leave Stamford Bridge for Juventus come January.
While Diawara may not be given a spot in the starting line-up straight away, he might however serve as a competitor to Nemanja Matic who has failed to impress this season.
