If rumour making the rounds is anything to go by, Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho could possibly be on his way out of Stamford Bridge after a disappointing start to the season campaign.
It will be recalled last week when Liverpool legend Dietmar Hamann made a claim about Mourinho seeking for a sack letter when he said:
“Some of the stuff he [Mourinho] is coming out with at the moment and over recent weeks is not far from a meltdown. It’s John Carver-esque.
“I don’t know what’s going on with the owner and what the circumstances are, but to me at times it looks like he’s begging for the sack.
This claim seems to becoming truth, with latest report according to sport witness claims that Mourinho has started secret talk with Ligue 1 giants AS Monaco for a possible move.
This was reveal by Italian entrepreneur and one of Monaco’s minority shareholder Alessandro Proto when he said:
“We are still in a very early stage, but we are convinced that Mourinho could train in Monaco…And there’s been first contact with Mourinho to coach Monaco”.
Should there be any truth in this report, Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich would be making various alternative coaches to take his club forward.
It is however reported that either of Carlo Ancelotti and Guus Hiddink are being considered to take over from Mourinho should he be sacked.
